Smartsourcing Global partnered with Life180, Inc. for product development of their “Healthy Lifestyle” program

Smartsourcing Global partnered with Life180, Inc. for a new product development. Life180 has created a science-based, healthy lifestyle program that helps various age groups achieve their health related goals. The product includes subscription and community features. Rob de Baun, COO at Life180 will be working closely with Smartsourcing Global on development efforts.

The partnership is based on Onshore-offshore model. Smartsourcing Global will be providing onshore CTO and onshore project management support and an offshore development team based in Pune, India. The first release of the product is scheduled before end of year 2008.

The development involves Rails platform with support for future high traffic scalability and internationalization requirements. This partnership gives Smartsourcing Global another opportunity towards its vision “Value addition and innovation through globalization”. Smartsourcing Global will be accountable for the technology decisions, architecture and end to end software development and testing of the product
