Skills Requirements

At least 4 years of hands on development experience in Object Oriented Java environment.

Pro-active recognition of issues with team members and resolution, escalation where required. 

Build technical competency in the team so as to ensure growth of team members. Ensure training on technical skills where required for team members

Manage project deliverables and team capacity and productivity. Assuring that intellectual capital is built, captured, and re-used

Monitoring and Reporting project status. Identify risks and business impacts on the projects

Process Improvements and Process Enforcement.

Balancing all challenges of the project with no compromise on customer focus and vision to add to bottom line of the client’s business.

This position requires Flash developer with at least 3 years of experience and will be responsible for building FLASH/ Flex based interactive simulations focusing on development of reusable components

Experience with Flash video (encoding best practices, video delivery models)

This is not a manual QA Tester position but a position for someone who is passionate about Quality Assurance, can lead and be hands on for all testing efforts including manual and automation (scripting/programming)
Skills Requirements

3 - 5 Years of experience in testing middleware servers with n-tiered web applications/ Web 2.0 applications

HTML, HTTP, JavaScript, Scripting QuickTest Pro preferred

Should be able to prepare test plans and troubleshoot querying database and analyzing log files.

Exposure to Quality Center tools/Win runner/ Load runner

Experience building and deploying web applications. Any experience with Ruby on rails projects is an added advantage

Great written and verbal skills, detailed and Organized

IIS/Apache web servers, Windows/Unix and Linux required

Should be passionate about the quality and sanity of the product as well as clear understanding of white box testing,  regression testing, manual and automated testing.

Should be expert in building excellent test plans/test cases and identifying the process improvement needs.
