The first project was a complete homepage and site redesign, focusing on what the visitors/buyers would want to find, highlighting information they are interested in. Features added included: Promotional/featured products, video, navigation enhancements, a media-rich “factory tour” page with video and enhanced cop, an upgrade of the online purchase for factory tour tickets and integration of promotions, product page enhancements, building and implementation of a blog, a “share this” functionality so visitors could share products with their friends, and an enhanced check-out process, including a charitable donation integration.
