HESCO is a cooperative operation specializing in procuring and distributing agricultural production materials. They had spent a great deal of time time and resources on their manual ordering system, but their online ordering system was not effectively integrated with their current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Because of this, clients were not utilizing the online ordering process, leading to more work for the staff.

Smartsourcing Global was invited to work with HESCO, and began a detailed process of identifying and analyzing their requirements. Following this analysis, the SSG team architected many solutions, developing a modern, efficient, fully integrated B2B online ordering system. SSG also sourced and is helping HESCO move to a new ERP system. As an additional project, SSG will manage all the data migration from the old ERP to the new, as well as the connection of the eCommerce site to the new back-end.
