Smita Yedekar after a successful career over nine years in Software development, founded Smartsourcing Global in 2006. She spent seven-plus years as a software engineer and development manager at DoubleClick (now part of Google). At DoubleClick she led many projects and frameworks development. She managed offshore development efforts, analyzed issues with global software development and instituted innovative solutions.

She has keen interest in evolving technology, global teams and passion to utilize technology to solve business problems. Smita has developed custom process for global teams to succeed and to effectively utilize technology for objectives of businesses. Under her leadership Smartsourcing delivers high productivity and strong communication among a wide geographically distributed technology teams.

After DoubleClick, Smita worked for a year at Community Connect, the leading online niche social-networking company. Smita has a Masters degree in Computer Applications.

Rohit has over 9 years of experience of software development based on many technologies. He specializes in J2EE enterprise solutions and various web technologies, with great interest and expertise in developing secure and scalable software solutions. Along with J2EE applications, he has architected scalable solutions on Ruby on Rails, open source libraries, Flex and many other technologies. Smartsourcing Global’s technical efforts are led by him.

He carries immense ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and has great aptitude for client's business needs. He works closely with our customers to build architectural solutions and leads technical team to develop high quality software products.

Rohit’s professional experience spans many verticals including Internet domain, few Fortune 500 financial institutions, and remote data center management solutions. Rohit has a Masters degree in Computer Management.
