Smartsourcing Global developed community website for pet lovers based on UGENmedia's platform. Along with contribution to the platform, we owned the development efforts based on Ruby on Rails, DHTML, CSS2, FLEX, AJAX, MySQL on Linux
Social activity for women to upload stories of breast cancer that affected them or their loved one. This was developed using Flex for rich UI with Ruby on Rails backend. UGENmedia provided us with visual design and our team worked on the implementation.
Smartsourcing Global team was involved with implementation of Ben and Jerry's social media application. Using its Mosaic technology, similar to one used in Pink together application, a peace sign mosaic to which users could contribute pictures and text with their own vision of world peace, in celebration of the new "Imagine Whirled Peace" ice cream. Designs and platform was provided by UGENmedia.
This application allowed participants to upload their photo striking a pose like the Captain. Unique functionality includes upload of content through a web cam, a gallery view that included different content displays like a Carousel, map Mosaic and also provided image editing tools to crop, blur and resize photo elements.
